In-Home Discovery Meeting
We visit your home to understand your space, goals, and style preferences.
We take measurements and photos and discuss inspiration so we can create a design that fits your home and lifestyle.
Design Phase
To move forward, you’ll sign a design agreement and submit a $1,500 design deposit, which is credited back toward your cabinet purchase.
Our in-house designers create detailed 3D renderings, elevations, and a full floor plan so you can clearly visualize your new kitchen.
Design Approval & Cabinet Order
Once the design is approved, cabinets are paid in full and the order is placed.
Cabinet lead times typically range from 3–8 weeks, depending on the selected line.
Construction Estimate & Planning
After design approval, you’ll receive a detailed construction estimate that follows your approved design exactly and outlines the full scope of work—ensuring complete transparency before construction begins.
Construction Phase
Once cabinets arrive and the construction estimate is approved, we begin your kitchen remodel.
Most kitchen renovations take 6–8 weeks, depending on scope and complexity.

Clients plan their project in Focil's kitchen showroom and design studio at 2636 Conejo Center Drive and work with one team from design and permits through construction.
